JNPT Trustee Mahesh Baldi and the delegation led under my leadership, demanded to Guardian Minister Shri.Ravindra Chavan in Mumbai for returning land to the farmers which’s not utilized for the HOC project at Rasayani. During the discussion, farmers land in Panvel taluka was acquired for establishment of Hindustan Organic Chemical (HOC) company. The delegation requested that the Guardian Minister to release about 422 acres lying vacant land which was used for HOC Company’s project, which is still occupied by concerned project that land should be given back to the farmers without using them for other projects. On this Guardian Minister shri. Ravindra Chavan has responded positively.
