CKT School (english n marathi medium)is the only school in Raigad Dist awarded by British Council for consecutive two years. [:hi]शिक्षणासोबत सामाजिक, कला, क्रीडा, सांस्कृतिक अशा क्षेत्रात उल्लेखनीय कामगिरी करणाऱ्या सीकेटी विद्यालयाने सलग दुसऱ्यांदा ब्रिटिश कौन्सिलचा इंटरनॅशन स्कुल अवॉर्ड पटकाविला असून हा सन्मान प्राप्त करणारे सीकेटी विद्यालय रायगड जिल्ह्यातील एकमेव विद्यालय ठरले आहे. ब्रिटिश कौन्सिल यु.के. मार्फत दिल्या जाणाऱ्या 'आंतरराष्ट्रीय शाळा मानांकन अर्थात 'आय.एस.ए. अवार्ड' या अत्यंत प्रतिष्ठेच्या पुरस्काराने जनार्दन भगत शिक्षण प्रसारक संस्थेच्या नवीन पनवेल येथील चांगू काना ठाकूर मराठी माध्यमिक तसेच इंग्रजी माध्यम या दोन्ही विद्यालयांना सन्मानित करण्यात आले आहे. अत्यंत प्रतिष्ठेचा हा पुरस्कार सलग दुसरयांदा प्राप्त झाला असून चांगू काना ठाकूर(सीकेटी) विदयालय सलग दुसऱ्यांदा मानांकन प्राप्त करणारी रायगड जिल्ह्यातील एकमेव शाळा ठरली आहे. या पुरस्काराचे वितरण मुंबईतील ताज हॉटेलमध्ये ब्रिटिश कौन्सिलच्या वतीने आयोजित करण्यात आलेल्या राष्ट्रीय स्तरावरील कार्यक्रमात करण्यात आले होते. ब्रिटीश कौन्सिलच्या वेस्टर्न झोनच्या प्रमुख हेलन सिल्वेस्टर यांच्या हस्ते हा पुरस्कार प्रदान करण्यात आले.[:] 1
