While addressing he assured full help to the institutions engaged in uplifting divyang category people.[:hi]राष्ट्रीय बौध्दिक दिव्यांगजन सशक्तिकरण संस्थान आणि राज्य शासन यांच्यावतीने दिर्घ काळ शिक्षण घेणार्‍या विद्यार्थ्यांना पनवेल मधील श्री. रामशेठ ठाकूर सामाजीक विकास मंडळाच्या सभागृहात भाजपचे जिल्हाध्यक्ष आमदार प्रशांत ठाकूर यांच्या हस्ते लॅपटॉपचे वाटप करण्यात आले. आमदार प्रशांत ठाकूर हे विद्यार्थ्यांशी संवाद साधताना म्हणाले कि सिडको वसाहतींचा विस्तार नवीमुंबईसह पनवेल महानगरपालिका हद्दीतसुद्धा झालेला आहे. त्यामुळे येत्या काळात पनवेल महानगरपालिका हद्दीतील दिव्यांगांसाठीसुद्धा संस्थेने काम करावे आणि त्यासाठी जी मदत लागेल ती करण्यासाठी आम्ही कटिबद्ध आहोत. भारत हा विकसनशील देश असून विकसित देशांच्या तुलनेत दिव्यांगांप्रती नागरिकांच्या संवेदना कमी आहेत. त्यामुळेच दिव्यांग व्यक्तींच्या परिवार तणावपूर्ण असतो. समाजाने दिव्यांगांना स्वीकारले नसल्याची नाराजीची भावना त्यामुळे निर्माण होते. म्हणूनच पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी दिव्यांगांना सवलत,विविध साहित्याची मदत आणि प्रतिष्ठा देण्याचे ठरवले आहे. शिक्षणा पासून रोजगारापर्यंत दिव्यांगांना प्रोत्साहन देण्यासाठी सरकार प्रयत्न करीत आहे. यासारख्या संस्थांच्या मदतीने जागतिक स्पर्धेत टिकण्यासाठी त्यांना धैर्य मिळो.[:] 1
